SNAP CRACKLE & POP

Get it done early then the rest of the day is yours!

Your early morning express workout. A little more intense than our evening class formatted to fit into 40 minutes so you can train before shooting off to work. 

 

All of our classes are designed to push you to your maximum ability so come with your A game and be ready to work!

CIRCUITS

Our main signature class which compromises of 30 stations that change weekly with a mix of cardio, strength, mobility and conditioning exercises. Each class also has a 5 minute instructor led surprise to keep you on your toes

BOXING & KICKBOXING

Kids kickboxing and boxing is created to offer your kids from aged 7+ a fun but educational 45 minute session. They will learn all the techniques needed for fitness, self defence, confidence and also with the opportunity to be able to compete for those interested - Minimum age 7 - - We provide boxing gloves until you are able to purchase your own due to hygiene reasons -

BACK TO BASICS

Our beginners class is the perfect starting point as a newbie to fitness or if you’ve been out for a while.

Back to basics - Our normal circuit layout but with an emphasis on form and technique over intensity.

This class is aimed at those wanting more low intensity and low impact options, whilst still getting in a solid full body workout. Perfect for beginners or those looking to learn and nail form/technique.

No 5 minute surprise (phew, we hear you say) but plenty of support and encouragement.

Make no mistake, this is a fitness class but with a slower paced format with a focus on form and getting the basics nailed, whilst still torching those calories

Note - If you still want to do this as a regular circuit and go for it, that’s absolutely fine.

THE BIG ONE

Who doesn’t love a big one❓

Our hardest class of the week, mixing our normal 30 station circuits with added HIIT and core.

This will leave you feeling fresh and energised after hitting all the right spots ??
